For me personally, Phen suppresses my appetite to the point that I completely forget to eat altogether. I have no cravings whatsoever. I make sure to make the most out of the foods I am eating because I want to succeed at losing weight and being healthy . Believe me, I have never in my life not been hungry and not wanted junk before!
