Because everyone reacts differently to different types of medications there's no definite way to predict if you're predisposed to a side effect, unless of course you've taken a similar medication. Then it's a matter of degree.
The recommendation is to take this medication right before or not long after breakfast. If any of us have a decent meal and exercise routine (which I don't, but should) then hopefully by the time a reasonable bedtime rolls around we'll be able to calm down.
I wonder if it's ok to drink chamommile tea with this med? That puts me right to sleep. If not, warm milk and honey is relaxing. So maybe that can get over the last hump of the night?
