The first time around I had my DH take pictures of me every Thursday in the same underwear in the same place in our bathroom. You could really tell the difference week by week. It's cool to be able to look back at now. I haven't had the nerve to do it this time around, but I may start now that I'm at the same weight I was when I started taking Phentermine the first time around.
