I started at 260 also, and at the end of one week am down to 254. I have a metabolic resistance that has made weight loss a very tough battle for me, even when doing everything right, so this was very exciting! I have stuck to eating well and walking a lot. My doctor did not want me weight training for the first month, which is hard for me because I love strength training and I have a fear of getting to my goal weight and having flabby skin from a lack of toning during the process. Anyhow, great job and it's nice to meet someone else who is just starting, and at the same weight with similar goals to myself. I wonder how long it will take to get there?
