A lot of times also people mistake hunger (unless you haven't eaten all day) with thirst. If I had recently eaten and I get a hungry feeling, I will have a glass of water and it usually satisfies me.

I do notice that I have no desire to eat, have no cravings (which I always gave in to) and when I do think about food, I try to find the healthiest things to eat because since I am not eating as much, I want the food to count and be good for me!

I am a huge carb addict and major foodie - I thought about what I was having for lunch, while I was eating breakfast! LOL Now, really, I have to make myself eat.
