Default It's still working for me

Well I just joined this site today and trying to read and reply to everyone that
I think I can help. I have by no mean hit my weight loss goal but really trying.
As far as how much weight loss that can be expected all depends on the person. If you take the pill everyday aand don't change your lifestyle than I think you will still lose some weight but not much and if you stop taking than you will just gain it back. So it really boils down to deep desire. I my have been taking Phentermine 37.5mg for 3months as of 7/31 and I went to the doctor on 8/3 and my total weight was 61lbs and that was after lunch. I have not started any excersize of any kind due to the lack of lung capacity, but that will start this month and I'm not talking about the gym. I just want to play with my children. So I believe that there is not limit to what you can do, just due it. If I would have jumped in to the excersize program I may have lose more weight or I may have said forget this it to hard on me and never keeped going. So just take it slow and make a lifestyle change not just a diet pill program and you WILL LOSE ALL YOU WANT. I had to remind myself that it took me 15 year to build this body and I'm not going to lose it over night. But my avg weight lose now is 2 to 5lb every week.
