Hi there and welcome

I take the same Phen that you use also. I've only been on it for a week and I've lost 4.1 lbs!! So this is what I do and hopefully it will help you as well

*Be sure to eat atleast 4 to 5 small healthy meals a day.
*Exercise is very important too. I exercise atleast 4-5 times a week. I sometimes do 30 or 45 minutes on the treadmill or go walking at your neighborhood park.
*Drink water every day
*I suggest taking your Phen early so it won't keep you up at night
