I recently visited a nutritionist last Saturday and I purchased phentermine. I'm trying to lose all of my baby weight, plus I want to get in shape better than I was before. Any tips on certain exercise routines that are affective.
My starting weight last Saturday was 193lbs and I'm 5'4, as of today, I weight 189.5lbs. I'm satisfied with these results, hope I will be able to get my weight down to at least 150lbs. Wish me luck! ![]() ![]() |
