Well I found this site by accident and I,m glad I did. I started taking Phentermine 3months ago and it has worked great for me. I'm a 35 year old
male I'm 5ft 10in tall and had a starting weight of 370lb. I was having a real hard time sleeping and my MD said that if I would just lose some weight it would more than likely help. So I started Phentermine and took it for one month, by the end of the month the effects had woren off and I stop. 2 months later I went back to the doctor for a scheduled check-up and they took my weight. I had lost 9lbs the MD was very please with that and told me to keep up the good work and I let him down when I stated that I had stopped take the pill and that I had really lose 15lb and gained 6lb back. Well his reaction was " you were able to maintain a 9lb weight for over one month would you try it again" I agreed and man that was the key. I do not feel the buzz effects that I did the first time I took the pills so I thought that it was not working, but I stayed with it and the results are amazing. I have now finished my 3rd month ( 37.5 mg ) and I have lose 61lbs:! And I have started my next set. The only real problem I have had is that I forget to eat and some times go very long periods with out eating. I have fixed that problem with a reminder note on my phone that says " don't forget to eat ". This month I will finally be able to start a excersize program since I can finally walk and move for than 5min without feeling like I was going to die. So to everyone using the pill don't give up " slow and steady wins the race" watch what you eat. My self I just stopped eatting fastfood or any fried foods, watch my calorie intake and eat feelers like carrots, letteus, and instead of salad dressing I use HELL on THE RED salsa. But the best of luck to everyone. |
