hey - im new

im on my second day taking phentermine, it gives me a slight rush and even after the rush is gone i have no desire to eat. I have had some side effects of not eating....heartburn like crazy and i cant sleep.... I am so desperate to lose weight, I am 5'6" 254lbs....id do just about anything to lose weight and my long term goal is to lose 110lbs. Im only 23....long history of anxiety and depression...my weight issues have caused anger issues, about a month ago i punched a hole throw two panes of glass after looking at myself in the mirror. I know this is not healthy so i joined to have some people to talk to. my name is Kristen, and I want to stop hating myself.

I too just joined this forum and posted a question, it has been viewed but never replied to. I think you do need to talk to other people who can share their experience and give you support. It seems like this forum does not have a lot of posts. There is another that has a lot more activity it is Phentermine.com - Weight loss support forums
