What side-effects of Phentermine have you experienced while taking it? How severe have your side-effects been? Would you say that taking Phentermine has been worth it, despite the side-effects that you have experienced?

There are a lot of side effects to using Phentermine, even aside from possible addiction. You might start feeling short of breath much easier than before, have higher blood pressure, headaches, and even swelling. You also might have a lot of trouble sleeping and irregular bowel movements.

I'm only a little ways into it. So far it's the headache that's the worst of it. I've also cut back on my caffeine so that may be part of it as well. There is some nausea, but both of these side effects I've had with other medications.

At first I would have headaches too but I have found that as long as I eat something I do not get a headache. I eat pretty much all day, just very small portions and I try to make sure what I am eating is not full of empty calories. I also had a dry mouth all the time but as long as I stay well hydrated I am fine.

It has made me a bit jittery and can make it more difficult to sleep.
