I think the chances of it not being 100% what you are thinking it would be when ordered is the biggest issue for me. I had a friend in college once, order a small amount, go to the lab and have it tested (was something like Ritalin, but not that) ended up being maybe 1/16 of the actually drugs that are really in Ritalin.

Some like myself have a better chance of ordering meds offline b/c we have dr's in our town that think 35%bmi is "OK".. and say "you should just cut back".. Even if it's the hunger that gets ya.. and cutting back just doesn't do..

Those docs are probably just afraid to prescribe it. BMI of 35 is not healthy and they should care more about your health

I must confess ordering online scares me. I just have seen too many 60 minute type exposes. Though there have been plenty of counterfeit drugs turn up in the big chains even Walgreens so who knows.

I have purchased phentermine online several times and you do need to be careful. Rule 1. Dont use your check card because once they get their money you have no recourse if its not the right drug. I would also like to add that once I filled out the whole profile page regarding my health and when i finished I was supposed to be able to get the phentermine and I was rejected and charged 15.00 for the dr to review that online questionaire- another way for them to charge for services not rendered. I say this because I am in perfect health other than being overweight and Im not overweight by 5 lbs its 40 lbs that i need to lose.
Another incidence is ordering phentermine and getting some little white pill with no blue specks and it didnt have the same affect as phentermine, so im guessing placebo and once a package came from greece and it was capsules of clear and green- i feared taking that and i had my credit card company dispute the item for me.
So its not that easy online and if you find a reputable company willing to sell to you and not try to rip you off, keep their number and remember the website.
The last rate i was charged for 30 pills 37.5 mg was $150.00 which i also think is a bit steep.

I hope this helps anyone thinking about online ordering.
