Default Do You Not Think of Food

My trouble with most diets is that I spend the whole day thinking about the foods I cannot eat. So how exactly does phentermine help you-does it suppress your appetite in such a way as you no longer think about food?

From my knowledge, I'm pretty sure that it just doesn't make you feel hungry as often as you normally would. I am pretty sure it still allows you to think about food, which may not be helpful for many.

Ok, so you don't feel so hungry, and I guess that means that you have to start listening to your body a little more closely when it tells you that you don't need to eat? Because if you want to just dwell on food like I do-yes I can see that I could have problems!

Sometimes you can feel hungry but your really not. This is an issue I had if my tummy would twitch I would think that I needed the food, but not all times is this really the case.

Yeah, sometimes our minds can really mess with our bodies and make us think that we feel a certain way, like hungry, but we could just as well be fine without the food. That's why I feel that just taking Phentermine or just excerising isn't going to help you lose weight - it's really a lifestyle change that you have to be ready for.

In that case-what part does the phentermine play in helping you to change your lifestyle? Is it really effective in doing so-is it just a crutch that helps you over the hump?

A lot of times also people mistake hunger (unless you haven't eaten all day) with thirst. If I had recently eaten and I get a hungry feeling, I will have a glass of water and it usually satisfies me.

I do notice that I have no desire to eat, have no cravings (which I always gave in to) and when I do think about food, I try to find the healthiest things to eat because since I am not eating as much, I want the food to count and be good for me!

I am a huge carb addict and major foodie - I thought about what I was having for lunch, while I was eating breakfast! LOL Now, really, I have to make myself eat.

It makes me not have an appetite for the most part.I also have a strong aversion to anything greasy or fried.I normally love fast food=].If your appetite isn't being supressed, you may see if your doctor will up your dosage unless you are on your maximum dosage.Good luck!
