I had accountability and support through the weight loss programs for women. They worked for most people there. Accountability did nothing for me. If I were upset, or happy, or tired, or busy, I reached for food. Food is emotionally comforting. I need to lower my appetite. All well and good to eat healthy....not if I eat way more than a serving, or even two.

Ha ha ha, I have never heard that saying before but it's so true! And I know what you mean-for me too, food is emotional and a crutch, and for that reason I need help in having that dependence broken-I need something to suppress the appetite. Sounds like I am heading the right direction with it.
