Phentermine vs. other meds

What other weight loss medicines have you tried besides Phentermine? Any other appetite suppressants? What do you feel has been the most beneficial or effective?

I did once now looking back try Mini Thins before, which have ephedrine inside, and for some reason that I still don't know to this day never worked with me. I would always end up feeling really geared up (as its a stimulant) but I think the ones I took were incorrectly prescribed to me as I later found out I have a minor heart issue. Phentermine I was worried would do the same but ended up being fine. Maybe just a odd coincidence for me, not really sure.

That sounds fortunate for you charlyn, that Phentermine isn't having an affect on your heart condition. I've tried a couple different diet pills to no avail. None of them have actually been appetite suppressants though, like Phentermine is.

I've only tried the over-the-counter diet pills, Slim Fast, and those kind of things. This is the first time I've checked into anything that needs a Rx. Late one night I order a bottle of pills from a television infomercial. What a true waste of money. There's no such thing as a "miracle" pill.
