Default Support

Some of us have mentioned, including myself, that speaking in public about our weight loss is uncomfortable and that online journals have been helpful to a few.

What/Who do you think you'll go to for support on Phentermine, especially if you haven't gotten a good reaction from your family or friends? Would you just stay online? Or would you just keep in touch with a friend who is also losing weight and just not discuss the Phentermine part of it?

I think my sisters will talk about weight loss with me and give me the cheerleading section/shoulder to cry on when I need. They may not like the medicinal help, but they'll empathize with any side effects and keep me pushing forward with healthy habits as they always have.
