Right now my appetite is not what it used to be, while not really bad its defiantly changed and I'm just wondering how long it will be off course for. I feel kind of off balance if that makes sense, anyone?

I'm new to the site but have had great results on phentermine. I have found out that I to forget to eat. Once I got off of work ( I work 3rd shift ) at 7:30 in the morning for my weekend off. I sleep thru the day so I miss breakfast and lunch time but I due eat every night before I go to work. On this day at hand I ate Thursday night 9:00 pm and went to work. Than the next morning I stayed up all day with my family and did some yard work because if I go home and go to bed than my days off are from 11:30 to 7:30 am and everyone else is asleep at those times. Anyways I played in the yard all day and than from being up all of the night fell asleep later that evening. The next morning I got up after noon and my kids had already ate and they left for some friends house and my wife was at work. to make a long store short Sunday night at 6:00pm I started to feel weak and sick to my stomch and my wife thought maybe it was something I had ate. and it came to me that I had not ate since Thursday. I know this is bad and it will not happen again. But the off balance feeling that you get is from not being regular on you food intake. Myself I eat at the same time everynight and I eat food that feels me up but with a small amount of calories. ex: BIG bowl of lettus, a pinch of cheese, 4 tortilla chips crushed up a 1/2 teaspoon of sour cream and for dressing HELL ON THE RED SALSA. It taste like a taco but there is less than 300 calories in the whole bowl. I feel full and it taste great. But other than the lettus there is no diet food in this dish. Than I go to work and you always get that snacky feeling and than you find yourself wanting to eat everything in site. So one time a night I eat Peanut M&M's out of the quarter machine. I get 7 pcs and I suck on them thru my break. I also drink a soda at that time. NEVER DIET it gives me a bad head ach. And I believe that the M&M'S and the soda are just enough to trick my brain into thinking that it is still getting the junk food that it wants and still buning the calories that I need. My starting weight was 370lb as of 8/3 ( this is the end of my 3rd month on the Phentermine) I have lost 61lbs and I have lost 10 inches in my waist from a size 50 jeans to a 40 around the waist. My weight loss goal is to be able to tuck my shirt in and I look nice regardless of my end weight.
So stick with it |
