This is where I intend on keeping a journal of some of the things I'm doing and thinking, as well as progress I'm making. I prefer to keep some things more personal, but I think I'm going to use this as more of a motivational tool than anything else.

I'm still new to this, so hopefully I'm starting off on the right foot. I don't want to post too many personal details, but I will talk about what I did right and what I did wrong for the day. Thanks for the support by the way zoey.
Today I started off on the right foot by eating a light breakfast to get my metabolism going. I didn't work out today, but I did go for a short walk around the neighborhood. |

It's been a few days since you're last update, just curious as to how you're doing. The journals are supposed to allow us to motivate and encourage each other, right? Just wondering how things are coming along.

I have been doing light morning foods for a good bit now, they tend to help out more than one would think. I know some that dont even eat breakfast at all!

I took a short walk today, nothing too fancy though. I still need to work on getting more exercise. I am starting to make it a point to always eat breakfast, I never used to but now I realize just how much of a boost it gives my metabolism, and how good eating a light breakfast makes me feel.
