What about gaining weight because i want to gain weight and tell me some diets that are good to gain weight and i think milk, fruits, meat, chicken play good role in increasing weight. Tell me some more diets.

You can gain weight by taking of following diets.
Pasta is another energy dense source of carbohydrates and can serve as the base of a healthy and high calorie meal (one cup of cooked spaghetti noodles has 220 calories). Top your pasta with lycopene-rich marinara sauce and add a quarter cup of shredded cheese for more calories and calcium. Squirrels store nuts for a good reason: they're rich in calories that keep them fed during the long cold winter. Nuts and seeds are rich in polyunsaturated fats that add healthy calories to your diet. Brazil nuts, almonds, walnuts, peanuts, pecans, cashews, sunflower seeds, flax seeds and pumpkin seeds are all good for you and offer a variety of flavors. Eating healthy is the only way to get normal weight you should be strict in your diet and exercise which will improve your health and fitness, you can also try weight training exercise, so slowly you can gain muscle as well as weight. It is really important that you should avoid junk foods, fast foods and other unhealthy foods, Smoking and alcohol will make you more thin so avoiding it will be great.
