If you want to get lean body muscle and lean stomach then you have to improve your body metabolism rate with regular exercise, diet, proper reset and giving sufficient water for the body. Diet plays an important role in getting lean body your diet should be high in protein, vitamins and other nutrient, it's better to have low calories foods.
