Well i started taking phentermine three days ago

and i joined a gym so far i have not seen any side effects and i love the fact that i no longer think about supper at lunch i am not really hunger and i am trying to stick to lean proteins and meats and lots of veggies and no soda is sux i have switch to unsweet tea which my mom say i will get a taste for it but will see it ain to bad as long and i am eating something but i started out at 260 and i am already down to 255.4 i was amazed when i steped on the scale at the gym it felt like i accomplished something i have a long way to go i want to get down to 140 or 150 so i will keep veryone posted so wish me luck.
