Hello,
Please no saying don't count calories or anything like that. Just answer the question with out any other input. If someone just eats 1,500 calories a day to lose 2 lbs a week: If all the food is not healthy but it is still 1,500 calories total for the day will they still lose weight? |

Some people assume that exercising in a hot environment causes you to burn more calories and loss more weight, but it seems to me that would just be water weight lost through sweating. However, if you exercise in colder temperatures, wouldn't that cause you to burn more calories, as your body must work harder to maintain our relatively high body temperatures?

For answer your question there are other facts that should be considered. Your age, type of occupation and health status are some of them. And do remember that it can be dangerous to diet without proper advice from a doctor or a dietitian. Doing regular exercises are also a good method to burn calories. It is so important to eat healthy food and maintain food for weight loss. Eat no more food which contain high calories. I daily drinks plenty of water and do regular exercise for weight loss.
