I was on this medication a couple of years ago, and lost 60 pounds in 4 months. It works really well!!! I am trying it again, because, i gained the weight back. It is not meant for yo-yoing, but I got back into bad habits, and my Dr thought this would be a good jump start, but you have to change the way you eat and live to maintain the weight loss, I learned my lesson

I reluctantly tried phentramin-d and I have to say I’m very surprised. I’ve been taking it for 6 weeks and i’ve lost 19lbs.
The downside is that i had trouble getting to sleep the first week
